Well it’s that time again. Time for first round edits.

I’ve had a break for a few weeks since I sent in Cutlass Anne, but break time is over. It’s time to get back to work. Okay, I didn’t have a break. I’ve been in a funk. I’ve been trying to write. There have been a few projects I’ve been trying to at least get half way finished with before more edits came in.

Those have been a no go.

I’ve been so down in the dumps and blah that the writing has just not happened. NaNoWriMo was a total bust for me this year. I didn’t even get halfway done.  Total funk.

So the edits. I have 3 weeks to get it finished and sent in! What a Christmas gift! But no fear. I can finish it! I can do it.

Next year, 2014, I will have two books coming out. Cutlass Anne and War of the Gods. Fun stuff. It’s going to be a busy year. Once I finish up with these edits I WILL finish up these other projects!

War of the Gods. What is it about?

She was born a goddess but raised as a mortal.

20-year old Cara Grey is as far from normal and she doesn’t know it yet. Her life changes in ways she never dreamed when her migraines transport her to another time and place. She eventually realizes that nothing is ever what it seems and her life has been nothing but lies. Cara is informed that she’s the only hope for all humankind. Not even the great Greek Gods can stop the coming doom.

Leaving behind everything, she heads to Greece for what she thought was a family vacation. Meeting the gorgeous twins Adrian and Adronis was more than luck. It was planned. What wasn’t planned was Cara and Adrian falling in love.

Time is short. The world is crumbling around her. Cara must save humanity and her budding relationship, or lose everyone and everything she loves.
